The Beta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta has a notable Alumni base, with over five hundred alumni from our chapter alone. Our Alumni continue to engage with our chapter post-graduation through many avenues, including internship and full-time job opportunities, THON fundraising, and more. Alpha Xi Delta has provided our members with a bond of a lifetime. 

Through our many leadership opportunities, our members graduate Penn State with extensive leadership and collaboration skills that are carried throughout their careers. Our members have learned to collaborate, problem-solve, motivate, and think critically. 

Likewise, through our philanthropic and THON efforts, our members graduate to continue their efforts to help community members and give back to those in needs. 

Alpha Xi Delta motivates chapter members to flourish and use their talents to make a difference in their professional and personal lives after their time at Penn State.
